Recruitment Process
KPK Overseas coordinates a structured recruitment process from employer requirement through lawful deployment.
1. Requirement
The employer shares job specifications, worker numbers, employment terms and the applicable recruitment documentation.
2. Sourcing & Screening
Candidates are sourced and screened against the employer's stated role, experience and qualification requirements.
3. Trade Test / Interview
The employer interviews shortlisted candidates, with practical or trade assessment coordinated where required.
4. Medical & Documentation
Selected candidates complete applicable medical, document, visa-related and Pakistan-side legal processing steps.
5. Pre-Departure
Selected workers receive practical preparation and complete applicable pre-departure and Protector formalities.
6. Deployment
Final travel, employer communication and departure coordination are completed for cleared candidates.
