Protect Yourself from Recruitment Fraud

Recruitment fraud is a serious issue. Learn how to protect yourself and verify legitimate opportunities.

Important Warning

KPK Overseas Employment Promoters never charges candidates for job applications. We do not guarantee visas or employment. Anyone who claims to represent us and demands payment for these services is not authorized. Always verify through our official channels.

How to Verify a Vacancy
  • Check if the job is listed on the official KPK Overseas website
  • Contact our office directly using the phone number on our website
  • Be suspicious of jobs that require upfront payments before any interview
  • Legitimate employers do not charge candidates for job applications
How to Verify an Application
  • All applications through KPK Overseas generate a unique application ID
  • You can track your application status from your candidate dashboard
  • If someone claims you have applied but you cannot see it in your dashboard, contact us immediately
  • Never pay anyone who claims to have submitted an application on your behalf
How to Identify Official Communication
  • Official KPK Overseas communication comes from our registered phone numbers and email addresses
  • Our staff will never contact you from personal WhatsApp numbers claiming to represent the company
  • Always verify the phone number against our official website
  • Be cautious of individuals who contact you through social media claiming to be agents
How to Identify Suspicious Job Offers
  • Guaranteed visa or guaranteed job offers are a red flag — no legitimate recruiter can guarantee these
  • Requests for payment via informal channels (personal bank accounts, mobile wallets) are suspicious
  • Pressure to pay quickly or 'today only' is a manipulation tactic
  • Job offers without proper documentation or contracts are not legitimate

How to Report Suspicious Activity

If you encounter someone claiming to represent KPK Overseas and you suspect fraud, please contact us immediately through our official channels. You can also report recruitment fraud to the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE).

Remember

A legitimate recruitment agency will never ask you to pay for a job application, will never guarantee a visa, and will always provide proper documentation. When in doubt, verify directly through official channels.
