Prepare to explain your actual experience clearly and professionally during an employer interview.
Before the Interview
- Understand the position and employer requirements

During the Interview

- Describe only skills and experience you genuinely possess
- Ask for clarification if a question is unclear
- For technical jobs, be prepared for a separate practical or trade assessment
